About the company:
My client is a leading, mid-sized financial planning and accounting firm who have been in operation for over 30 years. They provide a full suite of services to their clients, ranging from wealth advice, super, retirement planning, insurance, business services, and accounting services. They have a high staff retention rate, which is attributed to their outstanding culture and career progression opportunities.

About the role:
They are currently experiencing a lot of growth, with many new clients coming onboard. They are looking to bring on an Associate Adviser who has either started their PY, or who is looking to start. You will support a team of financial advisers with new clients, attend client meetings, and eventually manage these clients when you are ready. Plenty of training and mentorship is available.

Duties:
Support a team of financial advisers with new clients Attend all client meetings; have the opportunity to run the initial client meeting Work mainly with investment, super, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning advice Opportunity to take on an established client base when you are ready Full support through your Professional Year Skills & experience:
Experienced Associate Adviser ready to take the next step; ideally started PY, or looking to start Completed appropriate tertiary qualifications Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong desire to grasp opportunities and develop your career Motivated and hard working Benefits:
