We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Account Manager to join our Private Sector sales team. This role will primarily focus on nurturing existing relationships within our medium sized business, working closely with aligned vendors to create opportunities across a broad array of GTM solutions within a varied group of industries.
As an Associate Account Manager, your contributions will drive sales growth, foster lasting customer relationships, and shape the future success of our business.

Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within different market segments and industries.
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries and engage with potential customers to understand their unique business needs.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Work with pre-sales engineering teams to understand customer requirements and turn them into solutions within our go to market portfolio.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Create detailed quotes based on customer requirements and ensure accuracy in pricing and specifications.
Liaise with vendors to negotiate and secure the best possible pricing and solutions for each opportunity, optimising value for customers.
Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to provide insights and contribute to product development strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.
Experience working with vendors and distributors would be highly regarded.
