This involves maintaining robust remote relationships with our identified partners and their primary contacts. Your responsibilities include providing top-notch remote and digital services to a diverse portfolio of employers. Furthermore, you will offer valuable education, content, and campaign support, all delivered remotely and designed to enhance member outcomes. We welcome industry professionals who are passionate about making a difference.Key responsibilities:Manage a designated portfolio of employer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.Foster positive relationships with employer contacts through regular communication, both via phone and digital channels.Identify opportunities to extend employer contact points, inclusive of HR, Finance, Learning & Development, and Finance functions.Assist employers in navigating superannuation-related matters, including contributions, insurance, and fund performance.Leverage employer relationships to identify opportunities to embed educational, guidance, and advice services to staff.Delivery and execution of formalised client Engagement Strategies to all employer accounts.Identify changes to employer contacts and seek opportunities for face-to-face engagement.Develop and deliver engaging digital content and educational materials related to superannuation.Identify referral opportunities for face-to-face workplace educational and advice programs.Promote all Hostplus whole of fund campaigns to the portfolio of clients, as well as providing feedback on their effectiveness.Promote Hostplus advice services to generate new financial planning referrals.Address employer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.About youMinimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably within superannuation or financial services.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable.RG146 Accreditation is desirable (or will be required immediately upon commencing the role).Demonstrate a solid understanding of superannuation products, compliance requirements, and relevant legislation.Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships.Ability to develop and implement successful account management strategies in a remote environment.Proven ability to develop and grow strong B2B relationships via remote methods and channels.Ability to develop a thorough understanding of our members and the overall market in which we operate.Technical proficiency in all matters superannuation.Knowledge of the industrial relations environment and superannuation issues (e.g., State/Federal Awards and EBA's).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.Strong influencing & negotiation skills.What can we offer you?Our employees are passionate about what we do and are proud to be part of an organisation that helps everyday Australians achieve a brighter future.
