Health, Safety & Environment (Construction)Full timeAs an Assistant WHSEQ Manager, you will work closely with the WHSEQ Advisors and Operations Teams and mentor the team to conduct effective incident investigation, audit of high risks functions and drive continual improvement process to comply with the WHSEQ Management Systems of the Company. This role is responsible for continual improvement in the WHS function including but not limited to:Leadership and mentoring - Mentor, support, and assist the wider WHSEQ Team in high-level incident investigations, management of union visits to sites, application of Safety Critical procedures and processes and effective pre-start meeting and Toolbox meeting delivery.Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain relationships with WHSEQ representatives and engage WHSEQ representatives in project inspections, site visits on a regular basis and drive a safety-first culture.Reporting and Auditing - Assist different teams in preparing various WHSEQ reports as and when required.
