After all, that's where the action's at!An obsession with providing the best guest experiencesProven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions etc)Strong time management skills and high level of experience in administrative tasksA burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!Keen?
