You'll work closely with our Hotel Manager, guiding a talented team and leaving your mark on a thriving, fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:As the Assistant Venue Manager, you'll play a central role in our daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest across our diverse range of outlets, including food, bar, functions, gaming, and retail. Your leadership and hands-on approach will inspire your team to perform at their best, ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier service and memorable experiences.Lead and support a dedicated team, driving operational excellence across all areas of the venue.Oversee daily operations, from managing guest experiences to ensuring efficient service delivery.Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and development of staff.Maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the venue's performance.About You:We're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for hospitality.
