This role will provide leadership, manage finances, and maintain workplace health and safety standards to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily operations of the venue, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, quality standards, and guest satisfaction goals.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team and staff members across various locations.
Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide coaching and feedback as needed.Drive a positive, inclusive staff culture by leading by example and inspiring staff members, embracing our purpose of 'creating exceptional experiences' for both staff and guests.Monitor financial performance, analyse revenue and develop strategies to improve profitability.
Control costs, manage budgets, and implement effective inventory management practices.Maintain and enforce quality control standards, including food safety and sanitation protocols, to ensure compliance with local health regulations and company standards.Continuously seek ways to improve the dining experience, gather customer feedback, and implement appropriate actions to address concerns and enhance guest satisfaction.Analyse data and generate regular reports to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to workplace health and safety.
