Assist in front-of-house and manage operations alongside the Venue Manager (VM).Oversee catering operations: contribute to menu development, roster casual kitchen staff, and supervise food presentation.Support team management: rostering, training, and maintaining high service standards.Act as Venue Manager in the VM's absence to ensure operational continuity.Address client enquiries and event-day issues with effective solutions.Follow up and manage client feedback effectively.What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
