About the Opportunity A unique opportunity exists for an Assistant Valuer to join our growing success in February 2025 and become a part of a vibrant working environment.
Working within the dynamic Valuation and Advisory – Residential Developments team in Melbourne, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills as an Assistant Valuer or recent Graduate and further develop your career with a great company.
Key responsibilities will include.
Assist the Division in providing a variety of valuation and property consultancy services.
Assist in undertaking valuations for acquisition, asset reporting and mortgage purposes.
Assist in meeting valuation and project deadlines to ensure the highest standards of service.
Maintenance of national sales and leasing databases.
Assist in the preparation of research marketing material.
Maintain an understanding of both local and national markets.
Assist other staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed and submitted in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other duties as directed by Divisional Director.
