Our people make a real difference, working towards a common goal of economic, social and environmental sustainability for Western Australia.With an unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity, we do work that is meaningful and rewarding.We are a diverse and inclusive agency where our people are supported to grow and thrive, with workplace flexibility to help us be at our best.The work areaThe Strategic Performance and Evaluation Business Unit is a highly collaborative team working closely with public sector agencies in the health, law and social services sectors to achieve value for money outcomes through financial and social policy advice and provides solutions-focused advice to Treasury Executive and Government.This includes financial analysis to support investment decisions, policy advice on key strategic issues, and analysis and evaluation of risks and identification of mitigation strategies to support effective and value-for-money outcomes for the State.The Business Unit also provides a central advisory role on issues impacting Aboriginal people and communities.The opportunityWe are looking for an executive with a demonstrated track record of people-focused leadership who aligns with Treasury's values of Solutions Focused, Committed People, Working Collaboratively, and Making a Difference.
