Support the Aide in the effective management of the Governor's and her spouse's in-house functions such as official luncheons, dinners, callers, delegations including the development of briefs (running sheets), invitations, guest lists and seating plans. Also provide confidential administrative support to the Governor's spouse and the Aide including timely, accurate and confidential word processing service and the preparation and quality control of correspondence.
Special Conditions:
The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program. The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent. Some work outside of normal hours will be required. This role requires a working with children check. This role requires a National Criminal History check.
