About the roleThe Assistant to Manager Community Services provides administrative assistance to support the team in delivering a diverse range of projects and initiatives for our community.
The role offers diversity on a day to day basis, and your previous administrative experience with the ability to work efficiently and prioritise multiple tasks, will enable the delivery of the core functions of the role.
This is an ideal opportunity for an applicant who has experience in a similar role and who has an understanding and/or interest in community services and community development.
Key RequirementsCertificate in Administration or equivalentExcellent customer service and communication skillsProficiency in the operation of various computer packages, including experience in updating/maintaining databasesAble to work with high level of responsibility and maintain confidentialityGood research and analytical skills with the ability to source information and interpret dataExperience in minute takingA current NSW Class C Drivers licenceWhat we can offer Work/Life BalanceRostered day off every third weekGenerous leave entitlementsCorporate gym membershipEmployee education assistanceAccess to training and professional development opportunitiesAccess to confidential employee assistance programSalary: $1,155.40 - $1,213.83 per week + superannuation
Position Status: Permanent Full-time
Hours of work: 35 hours per week with an RDO every third week
