Be a part of Australia's independent national broadcasterLocation: UltimoFull Time, Permanent Role$93K to $102K plus 15.4% ABC Nominated Super FundThe Role ABC Content is seeking an experienced executive assistant to provide high level administrative support to the Head of Audio Content and other key audio executives.You'll coordinate the daily activities of the office, including management of incoming internal and external enquiries and correspondence, responding as appropriate, as well as manage the diary and schedules, co-ordinate meetings, appointments, presentations and travel itineraries for the Head.Acting as the first point of contact and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head, you will also plan and coordinate staff engagement and stakeholder activities including staff meetings, conferences, workshops, informal gatherings, and planning days.
