Assistant To Accounts /Office Manager

Supporting the Office/Accounts Manager with a variety of duties in a well-established Boutique Family Law Brisbane CBD Practice. Work from home 1 day a week. The role As an Office Coordinator, you will support the Office / Accounts Manager. Duties include: new client enquiries reporting monitoring new moneys archiving back up legal secretary work back up reception duties creating induction packs for new employees. This position is either part-time (3-4 days a week) or full-time. Hours are flexible. You will use Leap accounts package. You You will have a minimum of 3 years Accounts Clerk and/or Legal Assistant experience. The Law Firm / Salary Well established boutique Family Law firm based in the CBD with 30 staff.
