Grosvenor are looking for an Assistant Team Leader - Fire with commercial experience to join the team based from our office in Canberra – this is a mobile role managing a team and servicing a number of clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to Grosvenor clients Leading a team of Dry Technicians Providing technical advice regarding dry fire Working closely with the work coordination team and Customer Account Managers with Fire reactive and planned works Support the team with leadership and technical assistance Capitalise on the continuation of the maintenance contract base by remaining vigilant to potential repairs, upgrade work and refurbishments Communicate and engage with your team, work coordinators and management to ensure a smooth workflow Selection Criteria:
A strong technical background and experience within the Fire Services Industry Proven background and experience in Fire Service dry fire Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality Experience with quoting, reporting and team management Your application will include the following questions:
