Reporting to the Manager Community Nursing Services, the Assistant Supervisor District Nursing is responsible for coordinating the provision of safe and efficient clinical care across the community nursing setting. The role will monitor and coordinate the team's clinical load, and provide clinical expertise in the management of more complex cases. Working closely with the District Nursing Services team, the Assistant Supervisor District Nursing will undertake direct clinical care, supervision and support staff in the provision of client care, particularly for more complex cases requiring ongoing care coordination and higher level clinical expertise to ensure safe and efficient service provision.
