Here's your golden opportunity to gain or expand your strata knowledge as you work hand in hand with our talented Strata Managers. Together, you'll ensure PICA's Body Corporate Management Agreements are executed seamlessly, handling everything from repairs and maintenance to levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.But that's not all! You'll also get the chance to connect with committee members, using your excellent service and communication skills to provide information or resolve issues related to building schemes. Whether it's over email or phone, your warm, friendly approach will make every interaction a positive one.In this role, you'll also have the chance to sharpen your organisational skills.
