About the Role Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service. Develop strategies to increase sales and drive the team towards achieving KPI's. Recruit, train and motivate staff to maintain a high standard of customer service. Lead and support a small team of up to 6. Desired Skills & Experience Proven experience in a retail environment. Demonstrable success in leading and motivating teams. A good understanding of financial targets and commercial awareness. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
