More about you - Assistant Store Manager Forming part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily business operations.
You will bring your confidence, energy and passion for customer service thus influencing your team to achieve set store goals.
Key Responsibilities Include: Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process:Visual MerchandisingStore AdministrationTraining & coaching of new team membersEffectively delegating & managing the teamLeadership & guidance to the teamMaintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store frontEnsure store environment complies with health and safety regulationsMonitor and maintain suitable store inventory levelsEnergetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindsetProvide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries in a timely and professional mannerThe successful applicants will also have: Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and teamExcellent communication and organizational skillsA happy, friendly and energetic personalityA desire to deliver high quality customer serviceA current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successfulWould you like to know more?
