Assistant Store Manager Retail

As an LAX SO HARD Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager and Management Team in all areas of the businessLeading by example and empowering your team through effective coaching and ongoing trainingManaging and taking full accountability of end to end product management of your departmentEnsuring that our customers are the forefront and leave with a great customer experienceThe Ideal Candidate Big box/large format leadership background highly desirableExperience in a team leadership role of up to 20 staffStrong financial acumen, understanding of P&L, trends, forecasting, etc.Effective communication and written skillsHigh stock volume management is essentialPassion for outdoors is highly desirableFirst Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expenseWhat's on offer for you?
