As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be the leader of our sales team dealing with the general public, as well as interior designers, architects, and builders.
You will ensure the team provides superior customer service, as well as being involved in selection consultations and previews.
You will engage our customers with enthusiasm and always maintain an impeccable sense of professionalism and style.
Your role is diverse, ensuring customer satisfaction is excellent and supporting the Store Manager in ensuring Sales and Margin targets are met and exceeded.
You will have the joy of leading and coaching the store's sales team to perform at an elite level that makes you proud to be their leader.
You will also inspire our customers with an outstanding experience every time.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day work will focus on the success of the store through activities such as face-to-face sales, coaching, assisting in business planning, cultivating business relationships, team development, and enhancing the overall look of the store.
