Together with the Store Manager, you'll orchestrate a symphony of excellence, amplifying customer delight and fuelling a performance surge in your team.

Squad Goals: Lead, coach, mentor, develop & inspire a team of fabulous individuals empowering them to shine like the stars they areRetail Expert: Maestro behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring our store is always on point, welcoming, and bursting with positive energyChampion of Charm: Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, let them leave with a lasting smileTraining and Development: Assist with onboarding new team members by providing them with the tools & knowledge they need to surprise & delight our customersWhat makes you a Galactic fit?
