Job Description Our Store Managers bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, leading teams, and creating a meeting place in their communities. About You Previous experience in store leadership roles ideally within the retail or hospitality industries. Exposure to managing store operations and driving financial success. Previous exposure to rostering, P&L reports and budgets. An ability to develop teams and evoke a positive and fun working environment.
