We are currently seeking those wanting to further their careers and join us as an Assistant Store Manager at our Mackay Canelands store.

A minimum of two years in luxury retail/jewellery experience is preferred but not essential.

The duties you will need to perform are:
Ensuring sales targets are reached and exceeded.
Expense Management.
Recruitment, Training and Development.
Coaching, capability and performance management.
Excellence in store presentation.
Operational excellence.
Outstanding product knowledge.

Proven experience and ability in presentation and merchandising of stores.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet required deadlines at all times.
Well developed attention to detail and demonstrated ability to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy at all times.
