What we are looking for Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environmentProven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environmentHistory of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environmentDemonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationshipsOpen mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectivesStrong communication, problem-solving and merchandising skills.
