About You Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry Experience in achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude Impeccable grooming and personal presentation About The Company PVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
