Working closely with the Store Manager, you will assist to develop and drive local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store.
On a day to day basis, you will help lead a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.What you will bringDemonstrated experience as a leader of staff in a retail environmentProven ability to drive sales and manage KPI'sLeadership skills to help manage a team of volunteersSound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trendsStrong sales and customer service acumenExperience pricing goods and sorting stockBenefits that act for you, while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing:
