We're seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our new Pacific Fair store. You're a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations, showcasing Bared's values. Responsible for training new team members on product knowledge (fit, sustainability features, and improvements) and customer service standards. Participate in hosting in-store events, new product launches, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with fellow team members to foster a warm, organised, and supportive environment. Understand common foot problems and confidently recommend and provide customised fitting solutions. Maintain expertise across all footwear, accessories, and repair services. Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click and collect, holds, and inquiries. Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store. Maintain strong inventory control levels, including maintaining back-of-house standards, accurately processing sales and stock movements, and escalating discrepancies. Adhere to company occupational health and safety regulations and promote sustainability values. Available for a Sunday - Thursday roster cycle.
Available to travel to Melbourne or Brisbane upon commencement for onboarding and training.
