We are hiring anAssistant Store Manager to join our beautifulDevonport Storeand lead several departments within the store. If you have strongexperience working in food retail, love to nurture and develop teams and are available full-time,we would love to hear from you. You will need: Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that nurture and drive team performance and engagement Stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising and attention to detail Energy and a positive mindset, as well as a love of working with food and people (both team members and customers) Availability to work an agreed rosteracross our span of trading hours, including some early and late shifts, and alternate weekends Physical fitness for lifting and standing This role would suit an ambitious and experienced food retail professional who aspires to one day become a Store Manager. Thesalary packagefor this role is up to $83,000 (per annum, inclusive of superannuation).
