About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic, smart and ambitious Assistant Store Manager for our Keswick retail store.
As an Assistant Manager at Snowys, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations, including staff management, customer service, stock control, and store presentation.
You'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure every customer receives expert advice and inspiration, lead by example and assist in developing a strong, customer-focused team that aligns with Snowys' Core Values.
Together with the Store Manager, you will ensure that the store merchandising helps our customers shop with ease and that the store runs efficiently and achieves its sales goals.
This is a permanent full-time position (Tuesday to Saturday) in a fast-paced retail environment, with a team of 20+ dedicated and passionate team members.

2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within retail, preferably in a similar industry Strong leadership and team development abilities Proven success in achieving store sales and KPI targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with creating store displays and visual merchandising A passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of camping and outdoor gear Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster (38 hours) each week Keen to know more and join our team?
