About the role
You'll motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss.
Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.
About you
You must have previous management experience in addition to strong leadership capabilities, ideally in a retail environment.
Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing a high performing team.
Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment.
Have experience using rostering/time management systems.
Unwavering commitment to quality customer service.
