The role We have an exciting new store in Sydney's Inner West! And we're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and deliver an incredible in-store experience for our athletes.

What your day to day will look like:

Recruit, manage and mentor the store teamProviding our customers an unrivaled world-class customer service experience every dayRepresenting Under Armour and upholding our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity Maintaining a working knowledge of the fit, fabric and function details of our Under Armour ProductsWork with our VM team to ensure the store represents the UA brandExceeding your sales targets and maximising every opportunity Desired Skills & Experience: Exceptional customer service skillsPrevious retail leadership experienceTeam focus - At UA we 'Fight On Together'Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication and time management skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule that will include late nights, weekends and public holidays based on the needs of the business What's in it for you?
