About the role: We are seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead from the front on the showroom floor, inspiring a team of sales consultants through their passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will invest in the growth of their team's sales skillset through the delivery of ongoing coaching and development sessions. This individual will be confident liaising with clients and will be responsible for completing daily administration tasks, contributing also to ongoing stock control responsibilities.
