Job Description Barbeques Galore Pty Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Devonport location. This full-time permanent position, reporting to the Regional Manager VIC/TAS, offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for: Assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks and strategic planning Leading and motivating a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Ensuring effective implementation of company policies and procedures Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Managing inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment Contributing to staff development through training, coaching, and performance management Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner Assisting with recruitment activities and onboarding new team members Complying with health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for all staff and customers The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in retail management.
