Job DescriptionBarbeques Galore Pty Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Devonport location. This full-time permanent position, reporting to the Regional Manager VIC/TAS, offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks and strategic planningLeading and motivating a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer serviceEnsuring effective implementation of company policies and proceduresMaintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentationManaging inventory levels, including stock control and replenishmentContributing to staff development through training, coaching, and performance managementHandling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional mannerAssisting with recruitment activities and onboarding new team membersComplying with health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for all staff and customersThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in retail management.
