Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Alice Springs store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.
Leveraging your diverse skills and experience you will take responsibility for: Leading, mentoring and empowering staff Ensuring compliance and safe work practices Maximising store performance Driving sales targets and business initiatives Ensuring the provision of superior service delivery Recognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvement About you You can demonstrate effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader.
You are also able to effectively manage relationships by building rapport quickly whilst engaging with key stakeholders.
Your commitment to health and safety is essential.
Qualifications and Experience: Tyre fitting and/or mechanical experience (desirable).
Certificate IV in Front Line Management (desirable).
Sales management experience.
Strong oral and written communication.
Problem-solving skills.
Experience in leading, managing and motivating staff.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential.
Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role.
