Tasked with supervising and coaching team members to work to Kennards Hire standards, you will enjoy helping others to grow and develop in their role. Your responsibilities include:Ensuring effective front desk operations and administration requirements are met to standardsSupport the branch in asset utilisation in accordance with Repair, Share, Replace principles.Liaise with the transport team to ensure delivery and pickup of equipment to the customer on timeLiaise with the workshop team to ensure equipment maintenance and final checks are completed and available as needed for our customersSupervise, delegate and assign daily duties to team members and ensure all tasks are completed to Kennards Hire StandardsAbout youPrevious experience within a retail sales / leadership role from the trade or hardware industry - highly desirableAn impressive track record in people management, effective coaching, and performance enhancement.Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationshipsExcellent communication skills and tech savvyStrong team player and a commitment to safetyJoin our teamYou can always tell someone who works at Kennards Hire.
