About your new role:
As the Assistant Service Delivery Manager, you will be providing hands-on and seamless support to the Regional Service Delivery Manager and duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Attending various meetings with drivers, clients, and C-Suite stakeholders Managing various forms of communications e.g. email responses Assisting with the training of drivers as required Understanding and managing client expectations for excellent service delivery Interstate travel across NSW, VIC and QLD Undertaking mystery checks of drivers and service levels Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing and adhering to company standards About you:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage at all levels
• Passionate about delivering service excellence and leading by example
• Ability to undertake regular interstate travel
• Service Industry background
• Optimistic attitude and superior decision-making skills
• Agile, effective multi-tasking skills and calm under pressure
