So, the primary purpose of the Assistant Service Co-Ordinator is to co-ordinate communications between clients, contractors and staff to ensure services are delivered and to meet our customers' expectations. You will do this and assist the Service Supervisor, Account Executive(s), Service Manager to carry out key departmental functions.

In addition, this role includes the functions of the creation and issuing of quotations, service visits, and verification of FES service activities to our customer base whilst innovating and improving efficiencies within the service delivery process.
What you will need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will have:
Completion of an appropriate certificate in administration or VCE as a minimumMinimum 2 years in a customer service roleKnowledge and understanding of the Fire industry, Essential Services Legislation and requirements advantageousAn understanding of the MS Office products and intermediate computer skillsServing the Community, valuing teamwork, having integrity, showing respect and being accountable are core values at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV).
