This permanent, full-time Assistant Science Coordinator (1 point) position is scheduled to commence at the start of the 2025 school year .

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $122,100, plus $9,494 Coordinator allowance.

About You As an  Assistant Science Coordinator (1 point) , you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to: create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students  demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Stage 6 Science demonstrate to have proven success in a leadership position demonstrate to have an understanding and knowledge of curriculum changes in Science and the ability to lead the department in these changes demonstarte to succeed as an educator in improving learning outcomes for students in their care demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others commit to continual improvement and effective use of data to differentiate the curriculum and address the learning needs of all students utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback.
You will have attained: a tertiary qualification in Education eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
