Assistant Sales Manager

West End Motor Group is seeking an experienced Assistant New Cars Sales Manager to join our highly successful retail sales team at our North Parramatta Dealership.
Recent demonstrated sales success in the automotive industry including negotiating and closing a deal is essential.
You will be responsible for delivering sales results to volume & gross targets; working as part of a proactive team; & providing exceptional customer service.
You must have experience with valuating vehicles and cross sell with New Vehicles.
A generous package consisting of retainer, maintained company car, Sunday loading and to top it off an excellent commission structure where $100k plus is achievable.
You must be able to work weekends, on an 11 day per fortnight roster.
