We are looking for people who are: someone who gets great sales results a self starter and ambitious responsible and accountable have the ability to constantly reach sales budgets be available to work Friday to Tuesday a great communicator effectively manage front-end daily store operations ensuring counter operations run smoothly at all times Get involved in selling and managing in-store claims have experience mentoring, supporting or managing a small team of 5-10 staff passionate about the outdoors and the outdoor lifestyle Great opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their sales career.
