HEO4 $71,460 – $78,326 salary per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Fixed term –0.8 FTE Part time - until 31 December 2025 Finance is part of our Division of University Operations and provides strategic financial management, reporting, procurement, and transaction support services to the University to enable achievement of the University's teaching and research objectives.
The Finance branch is responsible for oversight of the University's annual operating budget, capital budget, assets, and revenue through student fees and research funding.
There is now a great, continuing opportunity for a diligent and motivated Assistant Revenue Officer to join this high performing team.
Reporting to the Team Leader the Assistant Revenue Officer is responsible for invoicing and processing of revenue from student fees, research, and sundry income sources as well as debtor management and addressing related queries from internal and external customers and students. To be successful you will need: Understanding of general accounting/bookkeeping principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.Demonstrates active listening and questioning skills to identify client needs.Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelDemonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.Qualifications: An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Enjoy an outstanding career environment The University of Adelaide is a uniquely rewarding workplace.
