Assistant Revenue Accountant

Our Hays Sydney office is seeking an Assistant Revenue Accountant to join our finance team. This is a full time role commencing immediately or January 2024. This role will be based in our Sydney office and there will flexibility to work from home once training is complete. This role will support the Revenue Accountant and Financial Controller. You will be responsible for producing weekly permanent and temporary revenue which is reconciled to the general ledger, ensuring that accurate invoicing of all permanent placements on a weekly basis and provide exceptional customer service internally and externally. Your new role • Support the Revenue Accountant and Financial Controller • Ensure that all permanent successes are imported and fully reconciled to success books on a weekly basis to enable Revenue Accountant or Controller to review in a timely manner • Distribute permanent invoicing confirmations distributed • Reconcile margins to general ledger • Ensure all permanent invoices authorised by relevant Office Manager are sent out and all paperwork is filed appropriately • Post margin batches. Review margins for accuracy and completeness.
