Leading our Chicken Heroes takes a special kind of hero, a superhero you might say. That's why we're searching for go-getter hospitality professionals to help run our restaurant.
You will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operation of the restaurant, you will lead teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to enable them to create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
You will have some demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and a good understanding of sales, food cost, labour spend, and optimising profit.
