#BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionEnsure correct grooming standards are followed at all timesResponsible for the smooth operation of the outletFollow up on all financials, LQA, Forbes and TrustYou targetsIs aware of the daily, monthly and yearly financial targetsActively contributes towards the achievement of financial targetsAll issues and negative guest feedback need to be properly reported on Glitch systemFollowing up on opening and closing checklistsMaintains the HACCP & FIFO standards as required by the regional governing bodyHandle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance departmentResponsible for linking all facets of service, cuisine and entertainmentAssume the responsibility of daily operationsHandles security incidents and guest complaints with confidence and in a professional manner and reports it in a timely manner to the direct supervisorAssist daily briefings for all staff prior to commencement of shiftShould be creative, confident and prepared to think outside of the boxFollowing the personal development plan set by the direct supervisorEnsure the operational inventory is always accounted for and in immaculate conditionEnsure the outlet is maintained at the highest levelsCreate opportunities for upselling productsDevelop the direct team to strive for excellenceInspire heartists to create a flow of new and 'improved' ideasFollow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of an EmergencyEnsure awareness and deliver the optimum levels of service and guest satisfactionEstablish and maintain effective communication across all divisionsLead by example through a passionate, hands-on approachAssist with collecting information for the monthly P&L reviewQualifications2-3 years' experience as a leader preferably in a fast-paced luxury propertyExcellent knowledge in Food & Beverage including bar operationsComputer literacy an added advantage and previous use and mastery of point of sale system requiredAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesService-focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
