As the Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities, and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant.
You will be in control of and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures, and financial performance of the restaurant.

To be successful in this role, you should have/be: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in QSR, restaurant, or the hospitality industry.Completed a Food Safety Supervisors course.Completed (or willingness to undertake) Responsible Service of Alcohol course.Good command of spoken and written English.Understanding of written operation and financial reports.High level of management and conflict resolution skills.Possess good understanding of food safety concepts.Willingness and ability to undertake one shift per month in a leading kitchen position.
