Assistant Property Manager | Ryde

Your Role: As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll be at the heart of property management – the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Senior Property Manager to provide exceptional service to our clients and tenants, ensuring properties are in top shape!
What You'll Be Doing: Open Homes: Show prospective tenants what makes our properties special!
Application Management: Handle rental applications and ensure everything is processed promptly.
Ingoings & Inspections: Ensure properties are move-in ready and in top condition.
Repairs Assistance: Help coordinate and manage repair requests to keep everything in tip-top shape.
Support to Senior Property Manager: Assist with tasks and take on more responsibilities as you grow.
What We're Looking For: Language Skills: Must be fluent in Mandarin.
Experience: At least two months in a similar role – you know the basics, now let's level up!
Qualifications: COR (Certificate of Registration) is required.
Systems Experience: Familiar with PropertyTree & Snug?
