We're searching for an Assistant Property Manager on a fixed-term contract for 12-months to be part of an A-grade commercial property located in Sydney's CBD.
You'll be joining a dynamic team committed to leading, overseeing, and implementing Investa's customer-focused property services. Additionally, this role offers operational support to the General Manager to ensure efficient performance and management of the asset/s. You will implement customer-centric property services in accordance with the management agreement, assisting the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing our tenant engagement plan. Your ability to build effective internal and external relationships will be complemented by your strong attention to detail. It's essential to have strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for the property industry. Our foundation is built on shared values, continuous growth, fresh ideas and doing what's right.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records are accurate and audit ready at all times.Liaising with tenants and feeding back to the team.Assisting Property Managers on inspections.Working closely with the marketing team.Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets.Work closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities.Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable.Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters.Assist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.What you will need to be successful: Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or Property.Strong customer service.Competent in MS Word and Excel.Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment.Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.Why join Investa?
