The Opportunity We have an opportunity for a passionate Assistant Property Manager/Property Administrator to join our high calibre team. You'll work collaboratively with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties. This role requires a high level of administration support, tenant liaison, operation support as well as general office administration duties.
Here's what you will focus on: Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant's requests Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
